What TechNova builds
TechNova is a software development company based in Pakistan, founded in 2017. We build:
- Websites and online stores
- Custom ERP and CRM systems
- GIS maps
- Mobile apps
- AI agents
We also maintain sixteen ready-made platforms for specific industries. We install them, put your branding on them and adapt them to how your business actually runs.
For a Peshawar business, the useful question is not what we can build. It is what you need to stop doing on paper, in WhatsApp groups and in spreadsheets that only one person understands.
How we work with Peshawar clients
We work remotely. That is a normal way to run a software project, and it keeps the work focused on your process rather than on meetings.
In practice:
- We start with a call, and we ask to see your current registers, sheets and forms.
- We agree what the first version must do, and what can wait.
- You see working screens early, on a shared screen or a test link, and tell us what is wrong.
- Changes and fixes are handled through calls and written notes, so there is a record of what was agreed.
Remote work only succeeds if the software is easy to learn. A dispatcher, a pharmacy counter assistant or a school clerk should be able to use their screen without a manual. So we keep each screen to one job, use plain labels and avoid features nobody asked for. Simple interfaces also make remote support easier, because it is quicker to find a problem on a screen with few moving parts.
If your internet is unreliable, or your staff are not used to computers, say so at the start. It changes how we design the work. We will tell you honestly what is possible.
Which platform fits which business
The four platforms below match the sectors we hear about most from Peshawar. Check each product page against your own process before deciding. A platform is a starting point, not a promise that it already does everything you do.
Transport and logistics: CargoTrack
Peshawar sits on a major trade route, so many firms move goods for a living. Typical problems are knowing where each consignment is, who is carrying it, what has been billed and what is still owed.
CargoTrack is built for that kind of operation. If you run a transport office with a handful of vehicles and drivers who phone in updates, it is worth a look. If your needs include route maps or driver apps beyond what the platform offers, we can adapt it or build around it.
Pharmacies: PharmaCare
A pharmacy needs to know what is in stock, what is close to expiry and what was sold. Pharmacies with several branches also need to see stock across all of them.
PharmaCare is our platform for this. A single small shop may not need it. A simple billing tool could be enough. A group of pharmacies, or a wholesaler supplying them, is where proper stock records start paying for themselves.
Schools: EduTrack
Schools carry a lot of routine records: admissions, attendance, fee collection, results and messages to parents. Much of it is currently in registers and spreadsheets.
EduTrack handles this in one place. We adapt it to your school's own fee structure, class layout and reports, because no two schools run these identically.
Property: PropertyDesk
Property firms juggle listings, enquiries, viewings, clients and follow-ups. Details slip when they live in phones and notebooks.
PropertyDesk keeps listings and client contacts in one system that the whole team sees. It suits dealers and agencies that want a shared record, not a single person's contact list.
Trading businesses
Traders are the odd one out. Wholesale and retail businesses vary too much for one ready-made platform to fit well. Most need stock, purchases, sales, customer balances and supplier balances, arranged around their own habits.
That is usually a custom ERP or a small CRM. Our custom solutions service covers this. We start with the part that hurts most, usually stock or customer balances, and add more once that works.
Ready-made or custom?
A ready-made platform is faster to start and has been used by other businesses before yours. The trade-off is that you adapt your work to it, at least a little.
Custom software fits your process exactly. It takes longer and needs more of your time to describe how you work.
A fair rule of thumb: if your business looks like the standard version of its sector, start with a platform. If your edge comes from how you do things differently, build custom. We will say which we think you need, and we will say so even when it means a smaller job for us.
When you do not need us
Sometimes we are not the right choice.
- If you need a basic invoicing and accounts tool, an established accounting package may do the job, and a local accountant can set it up.
- If you want someone in your office every day, a local freelancer or small firm in Peshawar may suit you better than a remote team.
- If your problem is that staff do not enter data consistently, new software will not fix that. A process change will.
If you are unsure, a short call will usually settle it.
What to bring to a first conversation
You do not need a specification. Bring:
- A description of your business and how many people use the system
- The sheets, registers or forms you use today
- The three things that waste the most time or cause the most mistakes
- Which devices your staff have, and how reliable your internet is
We will work out the rest with you. Our case studies show how we have approached similar projects for other clients. None of them is a Peshawar client, and we would rather tell you that than imply otherwise.
Talking to TechNova
On a first call we ask how your business runs, what you use today and what is going wrong. We tell you whether a ready-made platform, custom software or neither is the right step. There is no obligation to continue. Contact us to arrange it.
