Why we started TechNova
Mission
Our mission is to give small and mid-sized businesses access to the same caliber of custom software that, until recently, only enterprise budgets could buy. We do that by combining industry-specific product templates with focused custom engineering, so clients get a head start instead of a blank invoice. Every engagement is measured by one question: did the software make the business faster, clearer, and easier to run.
Vision
We want TechNova to become the default software partner for operators in growth markets who refuse to settle for generic SaaS but cannot afford a twelve-month enterprise build. Over the next five years we are expanding our library of industry CRMs and ERP modules so any qualified business can be live on tailored software in weeks, not quarters. The long-term vision is a studio whose products quietly run thousands of companies behind the scenes.

Founder & CEO
Abdul leads TechNova's product and engineering direction, working hands-on with clients from discovery through delivery. He has shipped 16 industry CRMs and a modular ERP, and spends most days pairing with the team on the hardest parts of every build.
Aisha Khan
Head of Engineering
Aisha owns engineering standards across the studio, from the way services are architected to how releases ship. She has spent a decade building product engineering teams and keeps every TechNova codebase boringly maintainable.

Lead Product Designer
Bilal turns messy operational realities into interfaces frontline staff actually want to use. He pairs deep workflow interviews with rapid Figma prototypes, then sees designs through to production with the engineering team.

Sara builds the core feature surface across most TechNova products, from POS counters to ERP modules. She specializes in PostgreSQL data modeling and the Next.js patterns that keep our dashboards fast.

Mobile & DevOps Lead
Hamza ships the React Native apps and runs the deployment, observability, and cloud infrastructure across the studio. If it builds, deploys, or wakes someone up at 3am, it goes through him first.

Mariam is the bridge between the studio and every client account. She runs onboarding, training sessions, and the post-launch support cadence that keeps TechNova systems performing for years after go-live.
