MOON Water runs its whole operation in one CRM: customer accounts, delivery scheduling, billing and reports. Built in Next.js, it replaces the registers and spreadsheets a water-supply business usually juggles with a single system the office works from every day.
The client
MOON Water is a bottled-water supply business. Keeping customers, deliveries and payments in registers and separate sheets made it hard to see the full picture, so the business wanted a single system its office staff could work from day to day.
MOON Water supplies bottled water to homes and offices. The CRM is the one place the business runs from: who its customers are, what gets delivered to them, what they owe, and how the month is going.

The CRM is a Next.js application with four working areas — customer management, delivery scheduling, billing and reports. Customer records, the delivery calendar, the bills and the numbers all live together, so a change in one place is reflected everywhere instead of being copied by hand.
