Best Estate's housing schemes are published as an interactive map: master plans georeferenced in QGIS and served as tiles over Google Maps, every plot clickable for size, price and availability, kept in two-way sync with the sales ERP. The same map serves buyers on the website and the sales team internally.

The client

The Lahore property marketing company markets eight housing schemes. Each has a master plan on paper; the business wanted those plans as a live, filterable map that buyers could explore and that the sales team could trust as the single source of what is sold.

Buyers want to see exactly which plot is where, how big it is, and whether it is still available. Best Estate's plot map puts the society master plans on a real map and keeps every plot in step with the sales system.

Status dots per plot; size, price and availability on click; filters such as easy-payment schemes.
Per-scheme branding
Listing brand and logos per society, or per plot for other agencies' stock.

Inventory is imported from the company's own file and positioned on the plan by the team in the admin.

How it is built

Each scheme's master plan is georeferenced in QGIS, aligned to real coordinates and published as map tiles over Google Maps. Plot inventory sits in PostGIS behind a Node.js service on Cloudflare, with a two-way sync to the ERP: a plot sold in the ERP changes on the map, and a status changed on the map is sent back. The same map is embedded for buyers on the website and used as an internal tool by the sales team.
