What we build for businesses in the twin cities
TechNova Team builds software for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and paper files. That covers:
- Websites and online stores
- Custom ERP and CRM systems
- Mobile apps
- GIS maps
- AI agents for support and internal tasks
- Sixteen ready-made industry platforms that we install, brand and adapt for each client
Most organisations in Islamabad and Rawalpindi do not need all of that. A housing society on the Islamabad Expressway has different problems from a clinic in Satellite Town or a consultancy in Blue Area. So we start by asking what you track today, where it breaks, and who has to use the system.
How we work with you from a distance
We work remotely. We do not have a named client in Islamabad or Rawalpindi to point to on this page, and we would rather say so than invent one. What we can say is how the work runs.
- Calls first. We scope the project on video calls with the people who will use the system, not only the owner.
- Written scope. You get a written summary of what we will build and what we will not, before work starts.
- Regular demos. You see working software during the build, on a link you can open yourself, not at the end.
- Training by call. We train your staff on screen and leave you with notes they can refer back to.
- Support after launch. We fix faults and make changes after go-live, also remotely.
Remote work suits most software projects. The code, the testing and the feedback do not depend on which city we sit in. Where it does not suit, we say so below.
Which platform fits which business
We maintain sixteen industry platforms. Four are relevant for most enquiries from the twin cities.
Housing societies and property developers: PropertyDesk
Societies and developers along GT Road and the Islamabad Expressway tend to manage the same things: plots or units, buyers, payments, and a sales team that needs to see the same records. PropertyDesk is our platform for real estate businesses. We brand it for your society or company and adapt it to the way you actually record things. If your process has a quirk, we change the system rather than ask you to change the process.
Clinics and hospitals: ClinicFlow
A clinic needs appointments, patient records and billing to line up. ClinicFlow is built for that. A single-doctor practice and a multi-department hospital will not need the same setup, so we configure it to your size. Medical data is sensitive. We will talk through who should see what before anything goes live.
Schools and academies: EduTrack
Schools and academies in Rawalpindi and Islamabad usually want one place for students, attendance, fees and results, with parents able to see their part. EduTrack is our platform for that. A small academy can start with the basics and add modules later.
Consultancies and contractors: TechNova ERP
Consultancies need to track projects, time, invoices and clients. Contractors need to track jobs, materials, subcontractors and cash. TechNova ERP covers the common ground, and we adapt it to your workflow. If you also need a portal where your clients or site teams log in to see progress, that is a custom piece on top, which we cover under custom solutions.
When we build custom instead
A ready-made platform is the faster route when your business looks like the ones it was built for. It is already tested, and you get a working system sooner. It is also cheaper to maintain, because the core is shared across clients.
Custom software is the better choice when:
- your process is unusual and is the reason clients choose you
- you need to connect several existing systems that no platform covers
- you are building a product to sell, not a tool to run your own business
We will tell you honestly which side you fall on. If a platform gets you 90 per cent of the way, we would rather adapt it than start from nothing. If it gets you only half the way, we will say that too. Our custom solutions work is for that second case.
When a local firm is the better choice
Remote work is not right for everyone. Consider a firm with an office in Islamabad or Rawalpindi if:
- your team insists on in-person workshops every week
- you need hardware installed or networked on site as part of the job
- a tender or procurement rule requires a locally registered supplier with a physical office
Those are real constraints, and a good local firm will serve you well. If none of them applies, the question is mostly whether the supplier understands your business and will still answer the phone in a year.
Examples from our other cities
We have delivered the same kinds of systems for clients in Lahore and Hyderabad. They are not Islamabad clients, and we do not claim otherwise. They are evidence that the platforms work in Pakistani business conditions and that remote delivery works in practice. You can read more in our case studies and see finished work in the portfolio. If you want to ask about a similar project, we will explain what was involved.
Talking to TechNova
On a first call we ask what your business does, what is not working, and who will use the system. Then we tell you whether a ready-made platform, a custom build or neither makes sense, and what the next step would be. There is no obligation to continue. You can contact us here.
