What Hyderabad businesses usually ask us for
Most businesses in Hyderabad that contact a software company are not after an app for its own sake. They have a problem that currently lives in a notebook, a WhatsApp group or a spreadsheet.
A trader selling on installments cannot say quickly who has paid this month. A distributor loses track of stock between the shop and the godown. A clinic keeps patient records on paper. A small factory knows its orders but not what each one costs. A water or fuel supplier has to remember who was delivered to and who still owes money.
Software solves these problems when it matches how the business really works. It fails when it forces the owner to work the way a foreign template assumes. That is the main thing we try to avoid.
What TechNova builds
TechNova Team is a software development company in Pakistan. We were founded in 2017. We build:
- websites and online stores
- custom ERP and CRM systems
- mobile apps
- GIS maps
- AI agents
- ready-made industry platforms, which we install, brand and adapt for each client
For most Hyderabad businesses, the useful starting point is one system that records sales, payments, stock and customers in the same place. If you run a shop, look at our Shopkeeper product first. We will tell you on a call whether it fits or whether you need something different.
If your process is unusual, we build it under custom solutions. That means we start from how your staff work today, not from a fixed package.
Work we have delivered in Hyderabad
We prefer to describe real projects rather than make general claims. Here is what we can say about our Hyderabad work.
Bismillah Traders: an installment sales system
Bismillah Traders sells on installments. That kind of business runs on records. Who bought what, what was agreed, what has been paid and what is still due.
We built a system for it with three main parts:
- agreements produced in Urdu
- receipts for payments
- a running ledger for each customer
The agreement, the receipt and the balance all come from the same system. The paper a customer holds and the figure the shop sees are not two separate records that someone has to reconcile at the end of the month.
If you sell on installments, this is the most relevant example on this page. The details of your terms will differ, and we would adapt the system to them.
Blue Waters: ongoing business software
Blue Waters is an ongoing project. We are building and developing business software for them.
We will not describe it in more detail here because the work is still in progress. Ongoing work is normal for business software. Once staff use a system every day, they see what it should do next, and the system grows in steps instead of being finished once and left alone.
A classified mobile application
We are also developing a classified mobile application. It is in development and has not been released. We would rather say that plainly than describe features that may change. You can follow our finished and published work on the case studies and portfolio pages.
Built for Sindhi- and Urdu-speaking staff
The people who use business software every day are often counter staff, accountants, collectors and delivery staff. Many of them are more comfortable in Sindhi or Urdu than in English menus.
Our team understands those needs, and it shapes how we build:
- Simple screens. One job per screen, with few steps to finish it.
- Language people actually use. Labels and printouts should read the way your staff and customers speak. The Urdu agreements for Bismillah Traders are an example.
- No training manual needed. If a new employee cannot record a sale after being shown once or twice, the screen is too complicated and we change it.
- Output customers can read. Receipts and agreements are for the customer too, not only for the office.
This matters more than most feature lists. A system that is technically complete but that staff avoid is worse than a plain one they use properly.
When you do not need a custom build
Custom software is not always the right answer, and we would rather tell you early.
- If a standard accounting package already covers your books, use it. Do not pay for something you can already buy.
- If you have a handful of customers and a simple routine, a well-kept spreadsheet may be enough for now.
- If you only need a small brochure website, a local freelancer can often do that perfectly well.
- If a ready-made product such as Shopkeeper covers most of what you do, adapting that is faster and cheaper than building from nothing.
Custom work makes sense when your process is specific to you. Installment terms, delivery rounds, mixed retail and wholesale, or several staff working on the same records are typical examples. It also makes sense when you have already tried standard packages and found yourself working around them.
How a project usually runs
The order is simple.
- We listen first. We ask how the business runs today and where records go wrong.
- We agree on a first version. We start with the part that causes the most trouble, not with everything at once.
- We build and show it early. The people who will use it see it before it is finished.
- We train your staff. In person and in the language they are comfortable with.
- We adjust. After real use, we change what does not work and add what is missing.
We keep the scope clear before work starts, so that you know what the first version includes and what comes later.
