What TechNova builds
We build business software. The work falls into a few groups:
- Custom ERP and CRM systems for stock, orders, accounts, staff and customers.
- Websites and online stores.
- Mobile apps.
- GIS maps, for businesses that need to see locations, routes or plots.
- AI agents that handle repetitive questions and tasks.
We also maintain sixteen ready-made industry platforms. We install one, put your branding on it and change it to fit your process. For many Gujranwala businesses this is the quicker and more sensible route than building from nothing.
How the remote model works
We do not have an office in Gujranwala. We work with you by phone, video call and screen sharing, and we agree the work in writing. You see progress as it happens, not only at the end.
Remote work suits this kind of project. Most of the effort goes into understanding your process and then building it. Neither needs us in your factory or shop every day.
It is not right for everyone. If you want a developer sitting beside you each week, a firm in your own city may suit you better. Ask us on the first call whether a visit would help with your project.
Which platform fits which business
Gujranwala has a mix of manufacturers, traders, retailers and service businesses. The right starting point differs for each.
Manufacturing and trading: TechNova ERP
If you make goods or buy and sell them in volume, your main problems are usually stock, orders, purchasing, receivables and knowing what each product really earns. TechNova ERP is built for that. It keeps those records in one system instead of spread across registers, spreadsheets and WhatsApp messages.
This is also the usual choice for agriculture equipment businesses. Parts, finished machines, dealer orders and after-sales records all need to connect. We adapt the platform to your product range and your way of selling.
Retail: ShopKeeper
ShopKeeper is for shops that need to track sales and stock across counters or branches. It suits a retailer who has outgrown a notebook or a basic billing tool but does not need a full manufacturing ERP.
If you also want to sell online, we can build an online store alongside it. Our ecommerce launch page explains that route.
Property dealers: PropertyDesk
Property dealing runs on listings, enquiries, follow-ups and who promised what to whom. PropertyDesk is built for that. It gives a dealer or agency one place for properties, clients and the conversations around them. Lost leads are common in this trade, and a shared record helps.
Clinics: ClinicFlow
A clinic needs appointments, patient records and a front desk that is not buried in paper. ClinicFlow covers that. We adapt it to the clinic: one doctor or several, one room or a small group of branches.
When a ready platform is enough, and when it is not
A ready platform is the better choice when your business looks broadly like others in your trade. You get working software sooner, and the core has already been used and fixed by other businesses.
Custom work makes sense when your process is unusual and that difference is how you make money. A manufacturer with a particular way of costing, or a trader with a dealer network that follows its own rules, may need something built to fit. Our custom solutions service covers this.
Often the answer is both: a ready platform as the base, with custom changes where your process differs. We will tell you which parts we would change and which we would leave alone.
When you may not need us
Not every business needs new software. If you have a handful of products, one location and a bookkeeper who keeps clean records, a spreadsheet or a standard accounting package may be enough. Buying a system too early can cost you more in disruption than it saves.
It is worth speaking to us when one of these is true:
- You cannot say with confidence what stock you hold today.
- The same data is typed into two or three places.
- Staff cannot do their work without asking the owner.
- You are opening a second branch or adding a sales channel.
If we think a simpler tool will do, we will say so.
Work in Lahore and Hyderabad
We have no named Gujranwala client to point to, and we will not make one up. We have delivered work for businesses in Lahore and Hyderabad, both cities where we also work at a distance. Our case studies page describes projects in detail, and the portfolio shows more of what we have built.
Check those against your own situation. Ask what was built, what changed for the client, and what did not work first time. Those answers tell you more than a sales pitch.
How a project usually starts
We begin with a conversation about how your business runs today. We ask who enters the data, who needs the reports, where mistakes happen and what you would stop doing by hand first.
From that we recommend one of three things: a ready platform as it is, a ready platform with changes, or a custom build. We then agree scope in writing before work begins. If we think the project should start smaller, we will say so. A smaller first release that your staff actually use is better than a large one they avoid.
Talking to TechNova
On a first call we ask how your business runs, what is going wrong, and which of your trades or tools are involved. We tell you honestly whether a ready platform, custom work or neither is the right step. You can start that conversation through our contact page.
