What TechNova does for businesses in these cities
TechNova Team is a software company founded in 2017. We build websites, ERP and CRM systems, online stores, mobile apps, GIS maps and AI agents. We also maintain sixteen ready-made industry platforms. We install them, brand them and adapt them for each client.
In Faisalabad and Multan, the requests usually fall into four groups: ERP for stock and accounts, installment and dealer management, point of sale, and websites.
We work remotely. We have not named a client in either city, and we will not invent one. What we can point to is similar work elsewhere in Pakistan: an installment ledger system in Hyderabad and an ERP in Lahore. The case studies page shows how we describe that kind of work.
Faisalabad: textile and agri-trading
Textile and agri-trading businesses tend to share one problem. Stock moves quickly, buyers take credit, and the records are spread across Excel files, a desktop accounting package and a few notebooks. Nobody can say in two minutes what is in the warehouse or who owes what.
An ERP fixes this only if it follows the way you really trade. In practice that means:
- Stock by item and godown, with each purchase and sale posted once.
- Units that match your trade, whether metres, bales, maunds or bags.
- Ledgers for buyers and suppliers, with overdue balances visible.
- Accounts that come from the transactions, not retyped at month end.
- Reports the owner can open on a phone.
Our TechNova ERP is the starting point for this. We install it, set up your items, parties and opening balances, and adapt the screens and reports. If your process is unusual, we handle it as custom ERP development on top of that base.
Multan: exporters, distributors and dealers
Multan businesses often sell through a chain: exporter or distributor, then dealer, then sub-dealer. Stock and money sit at every level, and the owner needs to see all of it.
The usual requirements are:
- A credit limit and a running ledger for each dealer.
- Order entry that dealers or your sales staff can do without a phone call.
- Stock that updates when an order is dispatched.
- A clear view of consignments in transit.
For the last point, CargoTrack is the platform to look at. It is built around tracking shipments and consignments. We would check on a call whether it fits your dispatch process or whether the tracking belongs inside a wider ERP.
Installment and dealer management
Many dealers in both cities sell on installments: electronics, motorbikes, furniture, appliances. The paper register stops working once there are a few hundred accounts.
A proper installment system holds the plan for each customer, the schedule, every receipt, and what is overdue. It should also show you who to call today. We have built an installment ledger in Hyderabad, and we would adapt that kind of system to your terms rather than start from a blank page. Terms differ from shop to shop, so the rules for advance payment, instalment size and late follow-up are agreed with you first.
Dealer management is a close cousin. Instead of customers paying in instalments, dealers buy on credit. The ledger, limits and reminders work the same way.
POS and websites
For shops with a counter, ShopKeeper is our point-of-sale platform. It handles billing, stock and the daily cash position. It suits a retailer who wants to know at closing time what was sold and what is left.
Websites are a separate and simpler job. A clinic needs to show its doctors, timings and location. A school needs admissions information. A property dealer needs listings that look current. We build these as normal websites, and you can see examples on the portfolio page. If you want to sell online, the ecommerce launch page explains how that works.
Clinics, schools and property dealers
These three sit differently.
Schools. EduTrack is our platform for schools. It covers student records, attendance, fees and results. Schools in Faisalabad and Multan can use it as a base and have it branded and adapted.
Clinics. Most clinics need a good website first, then possibly patient records and billing. Of the four platforms above, none is the obvious fit. We would check whether one of our other industry platforms suits, or scope something small and custom.
Property dealers. The need is usually a listings website plus a way to track leads and follow-ups. Plot sales on instalment plans add a ledger problem, which is where the installment approach above applies.
Which platform fits
- TechNova ERP: textile, agri-trading and any business that needs stock and accounts in one place.
- ShopKeeper: retail counters and shops that need billing and daily stock.
- CargoTrack: exporters, distributors and dealers who move consignments and need to see their status.
- EduTrack: schools.
If your business does not match any of these, that is fine. Custom work is the other half of what we do.
How the remote model works
We do not have a team sitting in your office. The work happens over calls, screen sharing and messages.
In practice:
- A first call to understand how you trade. We ask to see your current registers, spreadsheets or reports.
- A written scope that says what will be built, so you can check it against your business.
- Working versions you can try before the whole system is finished.
- Training for your staff over video, in Urdu if that is easier.
- Support in Urdu when something goes wrong.
The weak point of remote work is that nobody sees your shop floor. You make up for that by sending us real documents and real examples, such as a genuine bill, a dealer statement or an installment card.
When a local firm is the better choice
Be honest about this before you hire anyone.
If you want someone at your counter every week, a firm in your own city will serve you better. If all you need is a bookkeeping package, buy off-the-shelf accounting software. It will cost you less time. If you have a one-off fix, such as a report or a small form, a local freelancer can often do it faster.
Remote delivery from a team suits businesses with real process complexity: stock, credit, dealers, installments. That is where a structured system pays for itself, and where having a company behind it matters more than having someone nearby.
Talking to TechNova
The first call is about your business, not our software. We ask how you buy, sell, extend credit and keep records, and tell you plainly whether a ready-made platform, custom work or neither is right. You can start on the contact page, and we can speak in Urdu.
